Where am i?

I used to be such a calm, collective person.. but where have i gone? 
last year i was such a happy person, but something one day snapped.. and i would like the old me to come back please. so if anyone has seen a girl, quite small, very shy and is a genuinely nice person to talk to, could you please return her to where she needs to be, because she is sadly missed. The Amy people all know and love today is very sad that she has gone and would like to know if she is ever coming back??
